Return & Exchange Policy

At Nakhrili Chikankari, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a return or exchange option within 7 days of receiving your item. Please read the following policy guidelines carefully:

 

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

1- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
2- Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3- Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued for sale items.
4- Returns or exchanges are not applicable for accessories, including jewelry, hair accessories, or beauty products, due to hygiene reasons.
5- Customized or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Return Process:

1- Contact our customer service team at nakhrilichikankari@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
3- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.
4- Please securely package the item and ship them back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.

 

Exchange Process:

1- Follow steps 1-3 of the return process to initiate an exchange request.
2- Specify the item you wish to exchange and provide details of the new item you would like to receive, including size and color.
3- Once your exchange request is approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

 

 

Refund Policy:

1- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for returned items that meet our return conditions.
2- Please allow up to 7 of days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
3- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
